The Stompin' Grounds is located next to the Paul Bunyan State Forest and Its trail system.

 Starting from the campgrounds you can hook-up to the trails.  ATV, motorcycle, horseback, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobile.

The Stompin' Grounds Camp is located 3 miles North of Akeley, MN on State Hwy 64 in North Central Minnesota.  About 3 hours north of the Twin Cities, about two hours from Fargo and about two hours from Duluth.
